the problem with the nominated balls is that it would slow down games a lot and the tournys will be longer...i do like nominated balls its just that it will slow down gameplay

agreed!, yes ok it will improve the game in some aspects, but why do we have to nominate everyshot?, i.e i am straight on the black and carnt see any other colour, why would i try for another colour?, just will waste time stating the obvious, i think it would be good if somehow nick can code it to be used ONLY if snookered.

i still think that lagg is the best option to implement because its not only simple but its 100% fair no one can argue that they lost because of a silly respot black desicion ect. and it doesnt so to hard to code!

instead of nominating then , the game should be coded to automatically recognise what colour you are going for , what i mean by this is that when you take a shot normally , you would normally place your cursor over that particular colour, this is how the game will recognise are going for that colour

no because sometimes i like to differ from one colour to another, i like to get the full effect of whats available, so if i do that, say i put my curor ready to pot the black and then i change my mind and go for the simple pot instead of a big pot, i will concede seven points because i have already 'selected' to play for the black

And also, what if you are snookered and going for a double to get out, how would the computer recognise what you're going for there?

wouldnt it take time off you nominating a ball? and considering u can have a game with a 10 second shotclock it would be almost impossible to take your shot on time!

What a joke the re-spotted black is. i was playing against some fella and it went to a re-spot. It was me to go first. As i was trying to hit my shot he kept opening the chat window. When i tried to close it he kept re-opening it. It lead to me completely mis hitting my shot and he won the game. It was a farce. Can anything be done? such a cheater he is.

click the ignore botton on the first pm he sends you, otherwise select to ignore all pm's whilst competing

or if he does it again, tell a member of staff and they can have a word with him, as that is breaking the rules of funkysnooker

The best thing to do in that situation is toclick 'Ignore' or Minimize the PM (as it then wont re-open) as soon as you can.
