Explain how the tractor got there?

More to the point, where on earth did you get that number from! It's not like there's any sequence to it! lol

trial and error lol. i knew from the start that the 5 went where it is (only number that could go there). in otha words i was guessing lol

In the basement there are 3 light switches in the off position. Each switch controls 1 of 3 light bulbs on the floor above. You may move any of the switches, but you may only go up stairs one time. How can you determine which switch controls each light?

turn any switch on, leave it 4 a while. turn it off and turn a different one on. quickly go up stairs and feel which one is hot, the hot one will be the one you first switched on, the light one will be the second switch. and obviously the off one will be the last remaining switch!
