I might be the only one but tonights PPV has me more fired up than any in recent memory. Lots of great undercard matches including the one-time dream matchup of Angle/McGuinness, but eh main event is worth PPV price itself.

The epic AJ/Daniels/Joe feud of 2005 was what got me hooked on TNA and the matches rank right up there with the best ever.

Now, in a properly done slow build angle (5 years and counting) we get the first stage of the blow off with the triple threat title match tonight.

I can't wait If you have never watched TNA before, watch this PPV...

Best fight I've seen a LOOOOOOOONG time! Manny really showed us what he's capable of, hopefully he gets the chance to wipe the wormy little grin of that little arrogant so n so by the name of mayweather!

Nah, i like Mayweather Jr. He is such a class act and i personally think he would wipe the floor with Manny. Does anyone know if this fight would happen?

Surprised not to see the news about Lesnar here yet.

Devastating - such a shame when he was really making waves. Lets hope if he survives he can still do something in the MMA/Wrestling business.

But to better news - what a PPV!

Angle/Wolfe was undisputable match of the year - for about 25 minutes until AJ/Daniels and Joe were done!

WWE has nothing even barely close to TNA now regarding match quality, as was all too evident on RAW last night. It was like watching TNA in slow motion, and last nights show was above average..

Roll on monday night Impact!

Mayweather is ducking everytime the question is answered about fighting manny.

The same could be said for both sides really.

It would be the biggest fight of the 21st century (not that it has much to compete with) so far, and I think everyone wants to see it happen, but boxing is all about dodging bullets, and whoever were to lose would have their career dented considerably.

Still though, would be an absolutely massive pay day for both boxers.

Definitely, i feel better about TNA now its been made clear the "Hogan takes charge" thing and Dixie Carters speech were just angles.

With Hogans influence, Bischoffs management experience, and thier combined TV contacts and money, if they can put matches like thos directly against what WWE has just now, they will give them a shock!

On a sadder note - RIP Umaga/Jamal. Only 36 and lots of great matches behind him..

I had given up on this thread thinking I was the only one interested!

Yep, and not just hosting it next week, but he's signed to a limited contracts seeing him thru Wrestlemania including at least one "match", which can't be a real wrestling match due to his condition, so will probably be something like a streetfight against Vince at WM26

Jan 4th is gonna be a huge night for wrestling fans, especially if you dont remember what it was like to be channel-flicking between RAW and Nitro, with Hogans TNA debut, the NwO "reunion", the young bucks debut, and all the potential of the past 4 weeks booking in TNA coming to a head.

One thing is now clear though, with the decision to hype the Hitman and include pre advertised matches for Jan 4th, WWE is no longer ignoring TNA.

Good times
