OK, so a lot of new features have been added today.

Game layout change
You'll now see a new score board at the top of the game. This should make it clear, at any time, what's going on in the game. It also has a link to start a quick game. If no quick game is available it will create a new room with default options.

Auto game start
When you join a room you have 30s to decide whether to play or not. If you don't click you will automatically start.

Killer ranking system
Killer now has the same ranking system used in other games. See the killer help page for full information. Points and games have been removed, however I'll post the final standings (top 50) later. Push-ups in killer is now regarded as a foul.

Private room changes
You can now easily switch between playing and watching in any room, however this is especially useful in private games. Also now the new room owner can invite players. Very useful if you're playing your friends in winner stays on matches.

Bug fixes
Many bugfixes have gone in across the system. There was a problem where if you cleared after your opponent left that you couldn't leave the room. This is now resolved.

To improve your game window size.

If you have status bars showing on your game popup window please follow these steps:

Internet Explorer
1. Select "Tools" from the menu bar, then "Internet Options"
2. On the dialog that opens, click on the tab "Security", click "Internet", click "Custom Level"
3. On the second open dialog, scroll down to section "Miscellaneous" then select "Enable" for "Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints" and "Allow websites to open windows without address or status bars"
4. Click OK to close the dialog, OK to close the next dialog
5. Now, you need to close all the browser windows before reopening

Mozilla Firefox
1. Select "Tools" from the menu bar, then "Options"
2. Select "Content" then click on the "Advanced" button to the right of "Enable Javascript"
3. Ensure the checkbox next to "Hide the status bar" is enabled
4. Click OK to close the dialog, OK to close the Options dialog

It won't let me type in the members bar or in PM :S

no it wouldnt for me... but im guessing this is just because of it being reset am sure you will be able to soon tho

Seems to be ok now after logging out about 10 times. I like the updates Nick

It will let me type but it won't appear in chat area

The orig snooker table is smaller, which i am unhappy with, and i can't afford to lose space on orig on a 15" monitor.

If you can't type please try restarting all browser windows.

i can type now.. and in a game and seems to be fine... the tables are smaller.. but wont take long to get used to

If you're having trouble logging in please try to restart al browsers. If that doesn't work please try to clear you Java cache (Control Panel then Java, Temporary Internet Files, Settings, Delete Files)

Brilliant. Seeing opponents stat by clicking his/her picture in gamewindow is great addition

I like the changes, but I don't like the fact the table is smaller, anyway to change this Nick?

the smaller table aint tht big of an issue with me i dont think.. am still getting decent enough breaks. no half yet.. but had a 49.

Yes there is lyle, was talking to nick and he is thinking of making the chat area a bit smaller to compensate so the tables are back to normal size.

Oh and to clarify how killer wins and losses work...

Say your in a 4 player game and win, you have beat 3 players, therefore you get 3 wins from that game, and if you lose in that game, you just get the 1 loss to your name.

Also noticed that the win/loss percentages are more accurate.

Wins: 3,098 (61.1%)
Losses: 1,971 (38.9%)
Abandoned: 205 (4.0%)

Witch is pretty annoying! I had 80% on arcade and 90% on original. Now its 79.5% and original is 89.5%.

.5% difference mate... 79.5% is still an amazing win percentage... Technically before u didnt actually have 80% it was 79.5

great updates

personally i think table on original way to small now. Is nice new set up but really think has messed original games right up-table way to small. i dont use zoom and balls even smaller now! ruined it IMO
