The way Gerrard celebrated was brilliant when he scored that goal! Full credit as that goal was superb and he really showed how much it meant to him and Liverpool. Well done.

As for Everton, i expected nothing but a defeat at Westbrom, maybe scrape a draw. Fair dews we got lucky as they dominated most of the game but to have a 16 year old lad, a 17 year old lad, a player like Neville who should be at Exeter city selling programs! We deserved that win. Now lets see a signing or two!

yeah it should of... it was some strike from a defender. it looked like it was on target and it pretty much bounced of pogatez. I never thought own goals were counted if they are unforced deflections..

they are not counted if the strike was on target but if its going somewhere by the corner flag or something and gets deflected in its an own goal lol.

it went in at the end of the day and won us the game. which we didnt deserve i dont think. also from our last 3 games (the away to standard, away to sunderland, and home to boro) i aint been impressed with the reds yet. and hopefully stndard liege at home we play a lot better cos i wud hate to see europe end for us this early!

Best team are out no doubt about it, we were worse than ordinary, lacked any width, to conpact, wasteful in possession, torres spent most of the game on his backside, gerrard was ineffective (and now out for 3 weeks with a groin injury) and we really shown our desperation when we didn't give them the ball back when their player was injured. Having said that, we won but carry on like that we wont win a thing! We'll seriously struggle to fill anfield, let alone stanley park. Disgracful overall though, gotta feel for Liege.
