HAHA hes in my 2nd fantasy team

Got martins in my 1st, and he scored and 32 points from ronnie

And Tom there must have been one hell of a communication error to let Bramble score (I should know hes done it to us to )

2-0 liverpool, great game, we owned the first half totally, got v. lucky to be in a t 1-1 tho, soft decision to give free kick reinas way and disallow their goal. Could have been 10-1 though (Keane missed from a yard)

They had most of 2nd half, Ricardo Gardener was brilliant when he came on, did everything but score. He went round reina then slipped at last econd (thank God heart missed a beat) Then we bring Torres on and he could have scored, and had 2 assists, as it is the assist for Geerard was good enough, and a great assist too.

2 good goals for liverpool, a good 1st half display, and mean we are top of the league until 20 past 7

It wasn't the communication for him scoring, but for giving away the corner, stupid mistake.

Oh, and also, you wouldn't expect a big team like Wigan who are managed by someone like Steve Bruce to be like this, but they went down like Ronaldo does, at one point I heard the guy scream from where I sit, only for him to roll a bit, then get up when he doesn't get a free kick.

And another time, Duff went in with his foot, and their guy went with his head, but Duff pulled out, this guy went straight to the floor holding his face and I turned to my dad and said "That was no-where near his face", he disagreed saying I couldn't see, only to then see the ref take a look and tell him to get up, he does so and runs off...

Was a very sly display from them

Bolton are also like that, the prem would just generally be a better league without them.

Yeah, after the first time I saw Bolton when I started to watch more at what the teams were doing rather than when I was younger and didn't really know what was going on, I lost pretty much all respect I had for them as a team.

They are a very dirty team in both the way they go into some challenges and also how the react to challenges on them (Ivan Campo was a prime example of that). Also, when we played them at home both this and last season (And probably more in the past, just can't remember ), they had at least 10 men behind the ball every time we had it, it's just not good to watch, and that's what Allardyce was starting to turn us into (Ugly, not worth watching at all)

See stoke are a Very similar team to bolton we arnt scared to push you of the ball and if you go in hard we will go in harder but thats how we like it,

We are no where near the best in the prem newcastle bolton all better than us but look when we played arsenal they couldnt score becuase when they had a attack we don't care to go in for slide tackles if you miss you get a free kick or a man sent off but its better to try defend your goal and make a mistake than not to have tried and let them score.

I just think teams like bolton bring out the physical side of the game, How many of you have played football down your local field and you no when your down there people finish with nose bleeds bad knees cuts and scraps all over their body but we manage fine so why should people play a fairys game in the most watched sport in the world.

We're not saying to play a fairy game, why is it the most watched sport in the world? Because it's entertaining. And team's like the ones mentioned are the teams that make football not entertaining when they're involved.

Nahhhh City can't defend for their lives, stop Robinho and Ireland and the rest of the team is toothless...

3-0 arsenal win I reckon.

Think we will win 2-0 at home to fulham, torres and Kuyt, no gerrard so we will have to play lucas probably...

Couldn't have been much wronger lol, but I was right, you needed to stop Ireland and Robinho, but you didn't

Goaless draw Vs Fulham, not good really, not a title winning performance put it that way, only good thing is chelsea drew to Toms mob

Rafa got the side horribly wrong, Lucas is probs the worst player on the pitch every time he plays, no vision, no clue. Alonso should have played from the start, and babbel needed to come on after 60 mins, not 80. Hope Rafa seen lucas for what he is soon, cos he will never make it in liverpool Red. Keane and Torres partnership isn't working yet either, we basically need Stevie back ASAP so hopefully no undue trips to London this week for him.

omg that is complete and utter rubbish the prem league and football in general needs more teams like bolton who earn there money more than players like ronaldo who just dives around crying like a girl for £120,000 a week i get so frustrated with players that are such big wimps bolton are a hard team like it should be and like it was years ago GO HARD OR GO HOME!!

and as for long ball footbal its a tactic so get over it lol it works well enough that teams like arsenal just can't play against it so im happy :D

Erm... I didn't actually mention the long ball aspect of it at all.

And your reply doesn't really mean anything compared to my post, you said how mine was 'complete and utter rubbish' and then went on to say about how the players earn their money.

Whereas my post was saying about how I don't like the way that they play football, being boring to watch and doesn't fit into the sport which is known as 'The Beautiful Game' and also in that sport we are in the league that is known by many as the best in the world.

The long ball tactic I have no problems with, but the way that every time I've seen them play, they play for what they've got from the kick off, just hoping that they may get some sort of lucky break.

One game that stuck out for me was last season when from the kick off, the Bolton players were time-wasting over throw ins and putting every single player behind the ball, then leaving nothing to attack. The no attackers thing wasn't a problem for me as it meant you were never going to score, but it meant that the game was just all out boring, we got the ball, tried to make something of it, but we couldn't get through every single player on your team, then Bolton put together a half-hearted attack that led to nothing.

Oh, and I've seen a fair few Bolton players rolling around on the floor from nothing in the past

Lets face it, if Bolton went to play fantasy football, like West Brom try to do, they would end up relegated, like West Brom will be

I was the today, well yesterday and you couldn't have hit it more on the head, every single fan around me was chanting lucas off chants. He was appalling today, Alonso should have started Riera and Arbeloa were the best performers today by a mile, and maybe torres first half.

what stand was you in mike?
