and resetting stats its up to the player, ive faced some good guests and newbies in my time.

If someone wants to lose their stats and want to challenge themselves, its there choice.

right im surprised this is still going on,

we deal with cheaters well, ask any mod or admin and they will say that all cheaters will be dealt with

if you still think that cheaters slip throigh the net so to speak look at dgen's links.

now about the reset button being removed, this isnt a good idea as one of the punishments for being a cheater is stats being reset lol

As a bitter ex-mod I will confirm (for those that don't already know) that if people cheat they are dealt with, if people are banned and come back, they are dealt with, if people do anything that is against the rules, more often than not, they are dealt with.

Remember mods help the site for the love of it, not because they have to or because of financial reasons, they do it to help the site move forward, without them the site would have far more worries than a user resetting and starting again.

changed my mind-i think newbies should be banned from tournies. This is because it gets annoying when a fake newbie beats you then deletes his account! Why enter tournies knowing you are going to delete! oh no!

I'd like to point out that some of these "cheating" newbies have no respect for anyone on the game, as well as sarcastic comments that can be really off putting

Everyone is a newbie at sum point. even if they have reset or new account.

Those who have new accounts cannot change there profile to say had 'previous acoount' or able to post in forum to announce it... I for one aint gonna say to everyone i play. "oh before u start ive had a previous account with good stats. i aint a newbie" It just aint gonna happen

Why complain about these so-called fake newbie when to be the best u have to beat the best even if they are a newbie.

Bit harsh calling them 'cheats' maybe 'so called' is a bit more subtle ay.
