A 3rd snooker game has been launched, regular snooker, to meet the requests for an intermediate sized table with 15 red balls.

The physics of the table are slightly different, the spin is more realistic and it's more difficult to smash apart the rack (like you can in arcade).

Tournaments will occur after any bugs/problems are ironed out, however it's already used in overall rankings.

The large snooker game has been renamed to "Original", so we now have Arcade, Regular and Original.

The other change is that the ranking scale factor for the snooker games has been reduced (sorry buddytobud!) because it is currently too easy to reach virtuoso.

and I totally agree about the ranking system changing becuase on pool you loose 3 points and gain 3 points etc here its loose 10 gain 10 and its abit much really

Keogh from pool says its a lot better for poolers to ajust now to snooker spin than the ridiculous amount from before lol.

I dont think this has an effect on original, but Im afraid arcade will die due to this. First I was against this regular snooker, but now that Ive tried it, it became my favourite. Original is frustrating, because of the small balls. And arcade is... well arcade. This is just perfect for me.

I'm a bit jealous however that it's not Original that gets the more realistic spin. Original is supposed to be the simulation game after all...
The spin is wonderful though, congrats!

On the table there's a disturbing lighter line just next to the long top cushion. It wouldn't harm to make it disappear to increase visibility around there.

Also with the new update, shouldn't the tournaments me renamed?

i think the black is too close to the reds. this was an almost immediate conclusion i had drawn when i started practicing. nonetheless a good addition. Thank you Nick.

The lighter line is a result of the image compression, I'll see whether I can improve that.
