Firefox doesn't have scroll bars period. There isn't a zoom option at the bottom right to zoom with. Firefox zoom doesn't take off part of the screen, it merely minimizes another part.

Ctrl and +/- are zoom buttons in firefox.

I wouldn't change browsers if I were you as this is a bug that will be addressed next patch.

Not possible as we can't alter that browser behaviour. However people who see the bottom bar can get them removed to increase the game area:

One little thing that bugs me and keep meaning to mention is that the Enter Game option on the menu automatically opens the normal game window and not the advert free window. As I usually enter FunkySnooker straight to the Forum, I invariably click the Enter Game, realise its the wrong one, close it and then go to the home page to select the correct one. As it happens, in my case, it doesn't really matter which game window I use but having got used to the advert-free version, the old one just puts me off for some reason (don't ask me why).
I'm sure I will get used to it and nobody else seems to be having any problem so a fix for this is very low on the wish list. Cheers

For some reason i cannot upgrade to premium. I tried on numerous occasions but kept getting declined. I checked everything over and over again and made sure the information was correct.

And i'd just like to say that i love the premium layout. It looks absolutely amazing (without the advert bar and all.) I use the colour scheme "grey day" and it looks really fresh. Happy to contribute, happy without lag.
