another idea for the game (mainly for beginners) is to implent a computer controlled player so beginners can have a chance to play the game a bit. You could also have the settings for the bot at :
1. Beginner
2. Ametuer
3. Intermediate
4.Semi-Pro
5. Professional
and 6. World class
that is a good idea but people may then come on and play only the computer until they are good enough to win matches which defeats the purpose of the newbie ranking system.
but when playing the bot it doesnt add rank or count as a win - lose match so it doesnt come up on your profile.

I think that ideas brilliant, it gives you a chance to see what form your in before you go straight into a multiplayer match. Also if this was implemented maybe a downloadable version could be available to allow people like me whos internet is "IFFY" to get my funkysnooker fix.

Thats a lot of work just to help people improve. Whats the matter playing either friendlies or with your self on the practice table?

Yes but when playing themselves they will gain no valuable experience because when they pot a few balls and go into a game, they could find themselves getting pwned like a noob and losing...

By playing them selves people can achiev a lot of advantages:
1. Expirience.
2. When nobody free u can play with a computer.
3. When to small online. I mean that there are some players from New Zealand, australia, asia, Europe, US and so on. But the biggest part is Europe. So for others have to play in bad for them hours.
So these can help You to get more visits and members and may be to sell more ads. (If it is your scope )

However good points for playing actual people:
> Gain the experience of playing others (more than just playing the "computer")
> Breaks would actually count in this
> Don't get the chance to learn how other people play certain shots and learn how to play the best way.
If you go on in the early hours of the morning, there is always games so need to look far, and creating a game, won't take long before someone turns up.
I just feel its too much work for something which won't make a massive difference, and the time spent making it could be used elsewhere.

another minor issue..could the cue ball be free to be placed anywhere on the practise table when the colours only are selected.
it cant be hard to change as its already been done in killer etc
or perhaps being able to position balls on the table to practise particular shots

changing the angles back to what they were instead of the shocking angles they are now. spoilt the game for me which is why i won't be returning properly for a long time.

Oh mate don't moan about the angles. Everyone has got used to them, no one complains now about then, you haven't given them a chance.

easy mistake made, thought you were supposed to be a good player? having a few centuries and all?
Or are the angles really that bad

Nope, I've never stated that I'm a good player. If you took the time to actually back up your statement... you'd see the centuries I've made (on yoyoyo and alexus) were all when the angles were how they have always been (which, incidentally, were perfectly acceptable and there was no valid reason to change them).

15 pages of people finding fault with the angles. Everyone of those people got used to them. You should too.

Lmaooooo ^^^
I like Alexus don't like the *new* angles, but then I haaven't been bothered to get used to them. The game has lost its appeal to me, completely due to the changes ages ago, but the changes have been justified by the increase in demand.
300plus regulalarly so can't knock it really.
