He does some incredible things on the ball, doesn't really get a look in ahead of Mess, Villa and Pedro.

Hmmmm definitely worth a go but if we are getting henderson (supposedly at RM apparently) and jeffren then i think we should get another winger as well just in case jeffren doesn't adapt well or for injuries etc

for left back im not sure if Dalglish is gonna try and keep Insua or get a big money LB but certainly another left back is needed if he takes either option

We seem to be spending big money on unproven players, rather than going down the City/Chelsea/United route of buying proven stars for 30 plus milllion.

My view on the supposed bid for Jeffren is that we are getting the message across to the likes of Sunderland, Wigan and Villa, that if you try to pull one over on us, we will just shift targets.

IMO and it is just a complete guess, he is not a first choice player, and is being used as a warning to other clubs, and would only arrive if we cannot barter those clubs down enough.

But.... thats a guess
