Sure it said on SSN that Barca asked him to pay £4mil out of his own pocket to contribute his move to them Arsenal just wanted the money So they are not to blaime and in all fairness football now a days is all about money so why shouldnt you try and screw somebody over it's not like Arsenal care now they getting rid
Also Arsenal will still be alright just need abit more fire power and a defender but their midfield is alright lol

Barcelona will pay Arsenal 29m euros (£25.4m) up front for Fabregas, with the player contributing 1m euros (£880,000) from his salary each year of the initial contract.
Arsenal will also receive 5m euros (£4.4m) if Barcelona win two La Liga titles and one Champions League title in the next five years.

It is nothing to do with You'll never walk alone. Theres about 10 teams in world football than now sing You'll never walk alone.
Think you need to do some reading Derry.
From the aftermath of Hillsborough, Celtic offered to host a friendly to get the Liverpool team and fans back into football.
Their fans and their club were amazing that day, and very supportive of our fans who were still in a state of shock.
This is a banner they hold up at every home game:
I went into O'neils bar in Liverpool for the Old Firm Derby. The place was packed with Liverpool shirts. All these fans were there to support Celtic! (I don't mean cheer them on, I mean fully support them so much so a few got very angry at full time. It all got a bit ugly in the end when Maurice Edu got the winner for Rangers and they broke out into IRA songs! :\

A song doesnt count. The atmosphere in Ibrox the last couple of years when Chelsea have played there twice for pre season friendlies has been amazing. Sarcastic booing, sarcastic song chanting, each singing one other songs (not just one song thats the same as one another).
All the Blue brothers wagons outside with a frick load of merchandise combining the two teams. I dont think that suggestion even comes close.

Everybody sings about the IRA thats nuthing to do with the result lol
And it's nice to have something like that I guess, I would rather not as you can't abuse fans like you can if you hate them
I couldnt imagine being able sit next to hundreds of fans and not eventually starting trouble lol

Im all for the Rangers songs. Not just for the fact its Rangers. Anything that stirs up football is a great thing.
I am fully aware of the Celtic Liverpool friendship. I was just saying that its nothing like the Chelsea Rangers one, thats all.
I can use an example too... As im half Scottish and have lots of relatives that live in the Glasgow/Motherwell area I often go up. There is a pub called the Burnsy Bar, it was rated as the roughest pub in the UK. My dad use to be a doorman for this pub for several years.
I watch the England v France game, When Zidane scored two stoppage time goals. I was the only English person in the bar, I was 9 years old. I was cheering etc, then all the Scottish fans were giving me banter, then cheered when France won as if it was Scotland. So me being a little confident English man got on the pool table and started singing God save the Queen. Didn't go down too well and a few of the blokes started getting rowdy, my Dad and his pals ovbiously defended me, and as it was all about to kick off, this guy noticed something. The biggest guy stood up and took his shirt off. He was the biggest man I'd seen, must of weighed 30 stone and everyone went silent.
So I thought it was all going to kick off... he turned round and on his back was a half Chelsea half Rangers badge with "Blues brothers" and "simply the best". He walked over to me, and shouted "he's wearing Chelsea shorts!".
End of.

Lol You trouble maker Derry
That story shows you how much respect is in felow hooligans, the pub I go at Stoke pre game it will usually kick off between the 2 sets of fans unless your newcastle then it's impossible as they have to much of a laugh!
And there's a few Stokies that go into the pub and when they stand everybody goes quiet, if they start a chant everybody will follow even where random Stokies ask them for drinks, luckily before I was born me old man was a 'hooligan' so when he started to take me games from like 3+ as I grew up around them started to get to know them all, and they are a good bunch of guys and for the younger generation I get away with being cheeky (but respectful) to them all which is always good when most people wouldnt speak to them

I'm a United fan and I like celtic too, mainly because they were originally an Irish team. Think that has a lot to do with the reason they are so close a team to liverpool, as liverpool is full of irish people.
And United were always the Catholic team in Manchester too, to be fair it is a big thing in Ireland, with us being split from the North. Thats why the Rep. of Ireland follow teams like Celtic, Liverpool and Manchester United. I'm 18 and I only know 3 chelsea fans, 1 city fan and 1 arsenal fan, the rest follow United, Liverpool or Celtic.

I don't know about rangers, but i know celtic fans have no respect for anyone, can't be quiet through a minutes silence and they also beat up there own fans, and god knows what else.
I don't know if you agree with what they do, but in my opinion thats complete scum and a disgrace to football.
If you think I'm in the wrong then you should be ashamed of yourself!

Well, I think you're wrong, and no I'm not ashamed of myself either
Their is a section of their fans that are intense and have questionable political and religous motives, it is the same with Rangers fans also.
Politics, religion and football isn't a great mix, in the end you end up with a mob mentality.
The majority of Gers and Celtic fans just want to watch football.
Doesn't help that the SPL is absolute gash and the only entertainment is when the 2 sides get together.
