Everton-AEK Athens 4:0

Don't know how many of you guys are aware of my team AEK, we were regulars in the Champions League group stage some years ago... We were humiliated by Everton at Goodison Park yesterday for the Europa League and we are soooooo embarrassed and disappointed..

Check out our quality supporters though, who were still going crazy even when AEK was 3-0 down...! Brilliant stuff.. Best fans in the world

How is Nemeth getting on if he is at AEK?

He's only played 2 games in the Greek league and everybody is talking about him. He was voted by greek media MVP of the matchday on his debut, with 3 assists and a truly impressive performance.

I really have no clue why didn't play at Goodison, he could've helped a lot - in my opinion he's better than Babel and Voronin, don't know if he's suitable for Liverpool, but he seems to be Quality for AEK...

How's Kyrgiakos doing btw...? I've heard rumours that his butt is glued on the bench...

Kyrgiakos played once against Bolton and was at fault for a goal and hasn't played since I dont think.

Nemeth was talked up as a massive starlet at Anfield a few years back, top scorer in the reserves league but then had a series of injuries and a bit of a goal drought after that.

He is in his 20s now so if he is gonna break into the Liverpool squad, he hasn't got much longer to do so. I prefer him to Babbel and Vorinin as well, but do think he needs to fill out a bit before hes ready in the premierleague.

Don't really get the point of loaning him out to AEK though, would have been more productive to loan him to a lower division club in England. He went to Blackpool last year but broke his nose in his first game lol.

I think he will be better at AEK than say Blackpool, he can gain some experience at European competitions as well...

I hope he scores against Olympiakos this Wednesday and that he likes it here and stays for a year or two, the fans are already loving him.
