they will still compete in cup if they get kicked out but not the league.

I play for the team so will act on behalf of them for now as the thread seems dead! Id say the team is pretty much dead as i havent seen anyone posting or any games being played! I have been subbed in but at the last minute! Please dont think the team isnt interested as we have been around for a long time, it just seems at the minute we dont have an active team! If it helps run a much smoother league then take us out and when we are up and running again we will gladly join. But as stated im only acting on people not being here and they may have a different opinion than me!

Well, I was half-expecting Punishers to be out here, because this is the second time and 14 out of 18 is just pointless.
If that was the case, we definitely wouldn't need an extension- 14 fewer defaults to do.
I don't think taking them out is a problem. Most of their players won't even know (as dave stated) and this many defaults means the league is being played on paper, not on the table. taking them out will have little to no influence on championship race or other teams, since they didn't get any bonus points or anything.

I would say take punishers out, no extension and defaults are manageable.

Message sent all captains and vices for opinions/votes, since most didn't post here last time either.

asked for five of their players to be subbed out took 4 days to respond and only 2/3 were subbed the subs that were put in also had a reputation of inactivity

i say that punishers take a break from the league til next season and take that time off to concentrate on rebuliding

would like to know how many UT defaults there are. Baring in mind I did both games in 2-3 days. The thing is you could argueably do the same to other clans. It was just a naturally bad set for Everyone.

Even though whatever I'm saying will make no impact anyway.

UT looking pretty bad as well. But I think UT can snap out of it if one or two players log on. Punishers had this issue and were warned for it already earlier in the season.

what bout teams that already played them ?. we put alot of effort to try and to play our games. like punishing us too if you kick them out

i say keep them in , if not the serious questions have to be asked bout untouchables too

I'm not sure how it punishes teams that already played them. Results would be removed and everyone would be on the same level (0-0) vs Punishers.
I would say it is unfair to the teams currently and yet to play Punishers. They will not get to play many of their games and will have to rely almost entirely on defaults instead of being able to win (or lose) games on the table.
On the other side, since defaults will give clear victories to all those teams currently and yet to play Punishers, the teams that played them earlier in the season could have a disadvantage, since they had to earn their wins.
If Punishers are removed, none of this is the case, everyone is even.

Hi ppl,

On balance, i'd probably say the best bet for Punishers would be to drop out of the league this season so that they can re-build their team for next season. There's obviously a few issues going on within the team (which has pretty much been backed up by crazy_dave).

The main point for me is that as long as any decision benefits those teams/players who actually make the effort in getting games played on time then so be it !!

10 captains / vice captains have posted or messaged me back so far. Several of them won't because they haven't been online in a while.
So far we have 8 saying Punishers should be removed for the rest of the season, with 3 (incl. mooney) saying that Punishers should stay. We'll wait to see if there is more discussion.

Can you let us know ASAP if we are out so i dont waste my time, i dont mind trying to help with the team for the next couple of weeks but im due to travel with work so cant give 100% for a long time! Also can someone send me links to all the games and the website so i can get up to speed!
