We have 3 closed sacks and there is a label in each one of the sacks. The first label says ''Oranges'', the second label says ''Tangerines'' and the third label says ''Oranges & Tangerines''.

We know that none of the three labels is on the correct sack. We can't search the sacks and we can't look inside them; but we can pick only one fruit from only one sack. How can we put the correct labels by using only this fruit?

Pick a fruit from the one labeled "Oranges & Tangerines", if it's an orange then that sack should be labeled "Oranges", so swap the "Orange" and "Oranges & Tangerines" label around.

....Then because the one labeled "Tangerines" couldn't be right ("none of the three labels is on the correct sack"), swap the label saying "Oranges & Tangerines" with it.

(....and obviously the other way round if you pick a tangerine out of the sack.)
