I think that anyone saying its not a "snooker" game argument against carom is flawed. If killer pool is on their then carom should be for the same reason.

Another reason I think it should stay is because it will encourage more people to play carom. I think its a great game and if more play it the leaderboards will be a lot more challenging to get into.

Who said that killer snooker should be included anyway?

Anyway, killer is a completely different story and I do think it should be included, that doesn't make my argument for not including carom flawed.

Killer snooker is a variation of snooker. Carom is a completely different game.



Most people come on this site to play snooker, there's no need to encourage them to play another game.

Monopoly is also a good game, that doesn't mean that everyone that plays Cluedo should be encouraged to try Monopoly.



I don't really like either of those ideas.

If it's kept in overall then I think the overall should be worked out using each game type equally.

might aswell put the lot together then pool and snooker the lot ifthat the case lol i just dont like the game that top and bottom of it

Can someone tell me how on earth killer is a variation of snooker? The only thing it has in common with snooker is the table and the fact you pot.

Killer is also a pool based game, unless i'm wrong on that matter.

I don't really understand. Is that even if you haven't played each game type?


...some red balls, a black ball, the same table, 6 pockets, the aim is to pot balls etc.

I'm pretty sure you're right that it is a 'pool based game', but when it's played on a snooker table it becomes a varitaion of snooker regardless of what it's based on.

The colours of the balls doesn't mean anything. Carom has a red, yellow and white ball, which snooker does too.

The aim in killer is different to the snooker games as well.

I'm all for carom added to overall, because technically it's not "overall" without it.

Sad thing is, once a player understands how to play carom and understand the skill and ability (and luck) required to play it, the majority love it.

But not enough people give it a chance, maybe if it was included in the overall' then maybe more people would join in.


Whenever i sign in i look to the carom game tab and 95% of the time its empty. Which is rather bleak?

It is the overall average score of funkysnooker games, there are 5 of them not 4. It is simple.

Leave it in nick, I bet despite some peoples moaning they start playing it which can only be good for the game.

The best 5 overall on here, Destiny, Dame, Mike, Lee and Biscuits, (in no order) , Because they can play all 5.

There's a difference between learning how to play it and wanting the game in the overall standings though.

how about 2 rankings, snooker ranking and overall ranking? snooker being from your arcade, regular and original ranks (the actual snooker games) and overall being from all 5? all the numbers are there, wouldn't be difficult to work out.
