You still say Pwned do you? Interesting.... my sources told me you were in your 20s, they were obviously mistaken.

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has agreed to lift his ban on talking to the BBC.

Nice to see he drops his principles due to the threat of being fined.

There was no threat of him being fined

Rumoured fine, if he really was going to be fined why wouldn't he have been fined years ago?

The new TV deal now insists that all managers must participate in pre and post-match interviews with all of it's assosciates.

The punishment for not doing so would be to fine that managers club.

The trophy will arrive on stage at 1651 BST. The first pot will be drawn at 1705, the second pot at 1716, the third pot at 1727 and the fourth pot at 1737. Be excited. There's also The Best Player in Europe Award at 1800 BST. Party time. Excellent.

Gawd, UEFA don't half draw these things out. Wouldn't mind so much if the whole thing wasn't a sham, and the results had not already been strategically thought out in some old greying bosses office, but there we go

Well as per usual United sail through unscathed. Inter Milan have a very easy group as well.

City have a tough group, and now so to do Arsenal by getting Dortmund in the last pot.

Chelsea should get through as well.

Going to predict the final 16 to see if I can get them right

Man City
Bayern

Inter
CSKA

Man Utd
Benfica

Madrid
Olympic Lyonnais

Chelsea
Valencia

Arsenal
Olympic Marsaille

FC Porto
Shakhtar Donetsk

Barcelona
AC Milan

As an impartial observer the only groups of interest are A and F, although looking forward to Barca V Milan and Madrid V Lyon (those two teams always play each other!)

I hope UEFA doesn't wait for the final to finally pair United and Barca together again this year, just have the balls to knock one of them out early guys!

Interestingly though - Mata to play against Valencia!

Chelsea will face off against Valencia, Levekusen and Genk. Very tough group, hardly ideal and couldnt of been much worse, other than drawing Napoli/Dortmund instead of Genk.

Valencia are the second best '2' pot team whilst Levekusen, are the best '3' pot team.

Was a dreadful draw for Chelsea.

An out of character Arsenal face, Marseille, Olympiakos, Borussia Dortmund. Which I think will feature some brilliant ties. All teams like to attack and don't like defending. Goals galore, mark my words.

Bayern Munich, Villarreal, Manchester City, Napoli -
Man City have a very hard group bless, Napoli from the 4th pot, was the hardest draw, with Bayern undoubtfully a top team and have proven hard to beat. Villarreal aren't the force they use to be but still have some unpredictable players that have special moments.

Manchester United, Benfica, Basel, Otelul Galati - Other than Benfica, dream draw for United but then again, it always is. Nothing seems to be going wrong this season...

Barcelona, AC Milan, BATE Borisov, Viktoria Plzen, this is what I didnt want to see. I was hope Barca would draw Milan, Levekusen and Napoli, sadly they have 2 easy 6-pointers and I fancy 16 points from the competitions favourites.

Tonight proves how bad Scottish football is. The big 2 Scottish teams Rangers and Celtic being dumped out by teams from Switzerland and Slovenia and yet a Championship team beats the Portugeuse outfit of National.

The SPL is poor, and would struggle in League 1 to be fair. They might give Bournmouth a good game...

Well I dont think thats quite accurate.

You cant make that assumption based on Celtic and Rangers losing to two teams that nobody knows anything about.

Also Hearts just drew 0-0 with Tottenham away. They finished miles behind the two big teams in the SPL last season with Tottenham coming 5th in the prem?

I am so gutted that Udinese did not go through. Been supporting them since I moved there as a foreign exchange student 6 years ago. Lived there for two years, and saw the Udinese - Barcelona game when they actually got through to the group stages at the 2005/2006 CL. Sigh, Europa it is.

Did you not see the Spurs team against Hearts??

23 Cudicini
19 Bassong
20 Dawson (Kaboul 46)
22 Corluka
06 Huddlestone
29 Livermore (Jake Nicholson 76)
31 Townsendyellow card
43 Fredericks (Kranjcar 61)
46 Thomas Carroll
09 Pavlyuchenkoyellow card
37 Kane

4 or 5 First Teamers you could say, Spurs didnt need to win either, just go through the motions, pointless game really.

SPL Is Poor, we all know it

Stoke 4 - 1 FC Thun

Great score line, stoke did some great offensive/defensive moves through out the game

But on the blunt scale they were like playing a League 2 side, nuthing to them at all! Their goal keeper seemed scared to boot the ball up the pitch every single time under pressure or no pressure passed it out to the wings (Still dont know why)

Upson had a great game all round and bagged himself a goal (Well done matty)

Over all think we shined today and hopefully the draw is good for you tomorrow

Rangers lost to Man United, in the last minute to a Wayne Rooney penalty.

Ranges have 3 players missing from that team. Man United reached Champions league final won the Premiership also, beating Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City with the same team.

Wolves beat that team, doesnt mean Wolverhampton are better and that Wolves is better than Manchester...

Do I dont see how this proves Slovenia/Swiss are better than Scotland.

Also Rangers "Have internationals", Bournemouth dont.

The problem with Scottish football is that there is no money in that league at all.

Rangers are skint, Celtic aren't much better off, and the rest of that league is far worse off than them 2.

Now missing out on European money isn't going to help either.

Sadly Scottish football only gets interesting 4 times a year, and even in the Old Firm games the interest is more to see who's hit Neil Lennon this time rather than the footie.

Wouldn't right it off completely though, not that long ago that Rangers got to the UEFA Cup final.
