Instead of a snake it's a cue! and you go round collecting red balls! and when you get so many a colour ball appears!

yeah, dont get why nick hasnt done, funky darts, funky snake (as mike mentioned) etc, would definately bring more users on the site.

I guess, there could be special balls that are all identical and only once potted you get a 'enhancement' that only you can see.

They could be like, 'Pick up cue ball' allowing you to have ball in hand to be placed anywhere when you select your icon.

Then there could be a 'Reverse sequence' reversing the order of players shot order.

I guess that when the black is potted you have the ability to gift yourself a life (if you have less than 3 lives) or take a life off an opponent.

Opening the door for a 'Blocker' which prevents someone taking a life from you when used.


Seriously, that would probally be the sexiest game of killer...EVER!

The pick up cue ball?


Basically, when its your go...say if you have a really difficult pot on, you click the enhancement icon (bare in mind you only earn them by potting unidentifiable 'special' balls) if you have it, which the gives you ball in hand. The same as if the player before you pocketed the white.

allowing you to place the ball whereever you wish on the table. Enabaling you to position yourself better making the shot easier.


If you meant the enhancment paragraph, thats what they all are, enhancements. Meaning when you pot a "special" ball you are gifted an enhancement.
which could be any of the "Blocker"..."Pick up cue ball"..."Reverse Sequence" etc.

Ahh yea now i get you, as in if you pot a double or a plant say?

I was just thinking like, 1,2 or 3 of the balls are special balls, balls that give you an enhancment. Catch is, they dont look any differen to a normal ball so potting a special ball is random and pot luck.

Which then means that anyone could be holding a blocker etc. Whereas if you see someone make a double/plant, then you know they have an enhancment.

It also adds a bit of flair. As when you do get an enhancement you can then tell your opponents you have one to psych them out. Or say you dont have one to bluff. Adds a whole new dimension to snooker.

I dont see many flaws in this game at all.

It wouldnt have any similarities of "Power Snooker/killer" But it would be such a great laugh!

Wouldn't play any of these ideas. Keep it plain and simple. What's wrong with the version we have right now?

what wrong with snooker,why do we need power snooker? You have snooker on 3 different tables,we killer players only have 1 table.

Anyone who thinks that this version of killer isnt fun, either dont understand the gameplay or they are lying!

This would be the sickest game on snooker! Everyone would play it! It has power ups for goodness sake!

If you read my post you'd realise i asked what was wrong with killer we had at the moment. At no point did i mention anything to do with Snooker.

EDIT: I also didn't say it wouldn't be fun. I only said I wouldn't play it. Slight difference. Others may like it, but probably not for me. I'm a traditionalist.

killer players need a bit of variety too.

Thats fair enough but I myself see no need to change Killer. I would hate to play a cracking safety and just see someone move the white and give themselves an easy pot to stay in the game. It kind of dfeats the object in safety in Killer if your opponents can just move the white if they have the option to escape an unpottable shot.
