Just gives it more of a chance with it being in a prime slot then as along of people do like to have a good on a one off so they will enter the tounry just for fun basically

I think the tournament schedule should be random. Same amount of tournaments as previously just randomised times each day. Something similar in line to the way it is on pool.

Its not random on pool though...
The tournaments on pool happen every 25 hours, meaning there is a slight manoeuvre with the schedule.

nice work nick my only concern the 2 am orig tournie should be friendly so people can't pick up an easy win on their profile , if not friendly then micro at least so you can't get a stat on profile

See your point Dgen two things

1 If it applies to the 2am original it probably should apply to the 1am Arcade and possibly the midnight regular...

2 they would get a win but, if not very many people enter they wouldn't pick up many points

They seem very pointless these micro tournies, If the main objective of them is for tournapoints; should just increase the number of tournapoints in a tournament when people enter.
Have to see with friendly tournies because i can imagine very low numbers and lots of DQ's, also never read anyone wanting friendly tournies when tournapoints came out or people asking for them recently..

I know at least 1 person who's happy with this!
There is absolutely no harm with these friendly tourneys. They are not replacing existing ranked tournaments and they allow people to have a laugh.

What?! There was a massive uproar about all tournaments being ranked and people wanting friendly tournys on both sites!

and people who get disconnected a lot to enter without fear of losing rank

Maax, I may be the only one, but I did complain at them being taken away and certainly did ask for them back...
The reason why ? I only ever play friendlies (apart from the odd game of killer) because I got sick and tired of people crying about loosing a few points !

The only criticism i have about the new micro tournaments, they should start immeadiately once the 8 players have joined.

Its pointless waiting the two minutes for it to start when it takes no time at all to get 8 players.

I know two minutes isnt long to wait and most of us have nothing better to do with our lives but spend it on here anyway

Nick - given the amount of tournaments available (and played), it would appear that not even 1/2 the previous day's tournaments show on the page now.

Some curious folk, such as myself, like to see who has been winning recently, but given the plethora of events on the tourney page, only the 10 hours or so appear.

Is there any possibility of showing the last winners over a 24 hour period please?
