I needed to reach final in 9pm tourney to win weekly tournapoints and i pot black in last 16 round to get a 81 break and win, but as soon as i pot the black the server goes down and i get dq from the tourney.

So i was robbed of a an 81 break, ranking points and possibly weekly tournapoints nice one.

its only a medal at the end of the day could understand it if you was on 140 and then it went down before you pot black but a medal i cannot.

and tournapoints medal doesn't mean your better than the rest etc all it means is you spend all your time on tournaments.

At a guess i've lost about 60 rank points due to the server constantly logging me out, you just have to accept that its going to continue for the foreseeable future and we either have to put up with it and continue to lose points or leave the site.

It will be sorted eventually but just give up for now trying to increase your rank

Getting REALY annoying now. Jus got logged out of the regular tournament. Always seems to happen when im far into a tourny and im playing well.
Even though i no im not the best on this game im pretty sure i would have more tourny wins on my stats if it wernt for the site going down.
Once again i dont like to moan because this is a GREAT!!! site but this problem does happen alot.

just reached final of arcade marathon v dubliner hit a half to win the first frame then the server went down again
not only did my half not count we both get dq

its funny how we both get dq but other times people who were in it but dont reach that far sometimes win it

just to bump this, ive noticed the server been on and off for the past week (last 2 nights to be exact), several people was affected last night including 9 people, im not the one to get angry so i just get on with it but if it keeps happening then you can't help to be a little annoyed but just bringing this to nicks attention.

EDIT: wasnt my net as google and youtube was fine during connection failing mode.
