The core service is (and Nick has said always will be) for free ... the premium payment in no way ensures a better service over and above what is provided for free. Having said that, the support that is current provided well exceeds a lot of paid services and as such should be applauded rather than derided (not that I'm saying you are Adam but a number of people have been).

Pretty much what i said there buddy. You can get by perfectly well without premium, but you dont get the niceties that it provides.

I know, I just wanted to emphasise the point that Premium Membership is completely unrelated (and, as it happens, in a lot of cases purely cosmetic).

^ It is whinging because we all know theres a problem and the admins know theres a problem and Nick Knows theres a problem so what good does saying rubbish like that do. Comparing a small but excellent snooker site to that of Virgin when it comes to fixing problems is ridiculous
