Yeah I just looked back over the results You have only played him twice in 3 days, once in a micro and once in a speed, think you lost both not sure.
He left one and he won 1 by a few points.
The one he won...
Arcade Speed Tournament - bourtm (1) 46-35 (0) _governor_
RANKINGS: bourtm 689.3 (+9.2), _governor_ 858.4 (-8.6)

What I think happened here is, if Bourtm potted the pink ball and then time ran out as the white ball was still moving, you do Both get DQ from the tournament but as the black ball is remaining, it is the last shot of the game so therefore it is classed as a defeat. Something along those lines anyway

Well done, that's exactly right!
Kicking out the tournament is performed by the server at the exact time. Client can have network delays (even upto 90 seconds), so game can still finish normally and register the result.
It would be fairly trivial to annul the result in such a case, but the win can still a valid win for other purposes, so I'll leave as is unless there's any reason to change it?
However the result page should certainly indicate what happened in this scenario. I'll look into doing this.

Currently, in this scenario, the winner is sent a message saying "Sorry, tournament round time limit expired before your tournament match finished", but no message to loser or on the results page.

It would probably make it clearer if the result was sent to both clients to clarify what had happened, but at the end of the day it must be a pretty rare occurance and people will be aware of it's possibility from now on..
