Superb race and well done Jenson.

Tinnie/Nut_Case .... they are both class drivers that are different in style and to emphatically state that one is better than the other overall is doing them a disservice.

On the BBC/Sky fiasco front, they have relented somewhat on the blatant suppression of the fan outcry and reopened comments to Ben Gallop's blog ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/sporteditors/2011/07/f1_coverage_to_be_shared_betwe.html ) which they had removed of the F1 Website front page and closed down last night when it hit over 6000 almost exclusively negative comments.

Hopefully, they have done this to provide answers and/or apologies (don't all laugh at once). I particularly hope they answer this one ... http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/sporteditors/2011/07/f1_coverage_to_be_shared_betwe.html?postId=109841930#comment_109841930

If anybody is feeling down about the new deal (which I guess you aren't seeing as nobody has posted on this thread for a couple of days) or if you just want to have a good laugh, you really must read this ...

http://www.grandprix.com/columns/maurice-hamilton/race-abuse.html?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=grandprixdotcom

and also, for F1 fans (if there are any left), I would recommend this video posted by Jake Humphrey "What it's like being an F1 presenter and producer" filmed at Singapore (and only available to UK viewers, sorry) it is a truly fascinating look behind the scenes.

LOL, it also makes your mouth water to think that Sky Sport viewers will be treated to such insightful analysis such as how the stars of the moment include Fernandez ! (@ about 3:10)

By the way, does anyone remember Sky's last outing on F1 (F1 Digital+)? ....

No I thought not

How about a few suggestion for new theme tunes to replace "The Chain" in light of the new 'deal':

A few that I've heard already are:

Money - Pink Floyd
Money, Money, Money - Abba
Money For Nothing - Dire Straits
You Never Give Me Your Money - The Beatles
Every Day I Think About Money - Stereophonics

Any others?

What a video, I love F1 it's a thing of passion for some it's not the most exciting or intense sport but for other it's amazing when you see such quality in a sport, how your heart jumps when your favourite goes off or has a bad pit stop!

Being watching F1 properly for a few years now, and it's a shame to see it being taken over all for money!

AND LMFAOOO dave at your song selection

None of them will be quite as iconic as the chain

top 3 finished

50/1 at Bet365 *Donate your money he funds stoke remember *

66/1 Bluesquare *apart of the company I work for*

And coral 66/1

So yeah there is definatly a few £ to be made in that bet

Also button 2/1 finish in top 3 that might be worth a cheeky £10 aswell just double your money
