i agree you don't play orig virt but wouldn't it have made more sense to play the game? if it happened in the league you would probably get a warning for it and if it happened again a 1 fixture ban.

not trying to have ago at you here as at end of day no one can force you to play but if you don't want to play tell your captain then he/she won't put you in games.
