main point really is.
can i play for f.s.e next season and enter my clan into clan league, solely as clan runner and not a playing member

yes, long as your not in that new clans clan league teamlist otherwise it would be playing in 2 clans.

he will still be playing for you far as i know.
so long as lee doesn't involve himself in the clan league teamlist of Hustlers while being in FSE's teamlist then i can't see a rule to stop lee making this clan
