If you have a team of 15 and only 2/3 have been poached then thats not bad, but when you have a team with the same amount with 13 poached its not really on.

Well I poached most of my players, but if they didn't want to move they'd have said no, I don't see the issue with poaching at all.

neither do i, like i said before you need to poach to survive, its natural and players choice at end of the day and if they want to move you should respect their wishes

or tie them down to a law binding contract wth a release fee of 100,000 pounds

Or like Barca and put the release clause at 200 million euros!
