This is an interesting prediction however...

Surely if a game is drawn then there is a chance of them going HIGHER up the League

Secondly.... I could pick Blackburn to go Higher and they lose 1-0... but they could still go HIGHER if QPR lose 6-0.... even though niether of these teams are in the Prediction but you get the jist.

And for instance Man City.. they cant get any Higher than 1st.......if you pick a team to go Higher/Lower and at the end of the day they remain in the exact same League Position....

I think you're misunderstanding it? "higher" and "lower" just means that you're picking that team to win the game.
So if it's Tottenham vs Man Utd and you say higher, then you're predicting Man Utd to win the game (because they're currently higher in the table). If you say lower then you're picking Tottenham.
Where they end up on the table after the gameweek doesn't matter.
