make cushion shots with limited spin like reality. make long pots much more difficult encouraging some awesome baulk end safeties like tv. keep the current games. just add original pro or something just for a try out or something. not sure how this can be done, but it'd make positional shots more challenging and fun. then a 147 would really be something very special. then people who dont want this change can still play current games etc.the cushion shots wouldnt be too difficult to make i'd imagine. long pots being more difficult (i've got an idea) but the idea i have would make the safeties just as difficult so don't know. was thinking that the further away the pot is the cursor would have to be like at least say a measurement away from object ball making it very tough. but then safeties wud still be not worth playing. any ideas? it's no risk and probably worth messing around with if youre keeping the current games as they are too. i know cushions have been mentioned before but who cares.

The cursor could shrink the further you have it away from the white, or increase to make it harder.

I don't think there is quite the scope for it yet. We need a few more people playing orig before anything like this were to happen.

About the Spin from cushions. I have no knowledge of programming whatsoever but i would have guessed it might require a 3D game engine. As opposed to our current 2D birds eye view. Good idea though, would be real, proper Snooker. The cursor being effected the further it is from the white is nice.

cushion shots can be done by say when touching cushion only topspin. and gradually more spin ability when moving away form cushion (when close) . cant be that hard. just use set measurements. same when chinese snookered.

would be original plus or something, this would really test the robots such as Seb, damien, dest (if he ever came back), ccfc, yourself brent, chase etc and separate men from the boys.

Nice idea. If you're really looking for more advanced/realistic versions of snooker, there are other sites as well. Carom 3d is one I tried once, nice snooker version. Nothing approaches funky in awesomeness, but they're out there.
