Nope, you have 9 players per fixture, but maximum squad size of 16.

That mean you have to get rid of players?

2.1 Clan Size
Clans must have a minimum of 9 players. Each clan may have a maximum of 16 players. Players must play for the same clan in the league and cup. (Ex. A player may not play for Allstarz in the league and for Globe Potters in the Cup).
