not really but currently 3 of them wouldn't be able to play in the league, alternately you could take people in and out each fixture but still no matter way you look at it currently 3 of them wouldn't be able to play

the 16 most active players will join the league if we are welcomed into it. but theres no limit on how many players a clan can have apart from league.
