Facebook had offline messaging as well, and sometimes these messages can go unseen, maybe you could get a pop up, just like facebook saying, someone has posted on your wall, would be easier to play clan games, or to message somebody about playing, when they have their pm so people cannot message them?

it would be Facesnooker then, i think offline messaging is fine, only thing i would recommend is a notes page (like about me) a link on your profile only what only you can see.

offline message you get a (1) next to message so not hard to miss

On the changes it just seems a bit bland but like everything it will just take a bit to get used too.
The find player looks really advanced if you get me, I thought it be cool if it would be possible if you type in s then a few usernames like how google works.

I see you have a google plus and facebook thing on here should have a twitter thing and give it the mods and admins the control and every day they can do simple things like tweet the highest breaks of the day and tournapoint champs etc
Most game sites have a twitter page just for general stuff like that. Facebook is so two thousand and ten!

For me the same: My eyes are already busy enough when playing the game. If u then switch to the page for browsing forums or something else your eyes always have to get used to the brightness. So headache is programmed!

Would be great if this could change back.

There is definately something about it which is headache inducing. I've had to turn my monitor contrast down to cope.

I really cant put my finger on why it makes my eyes strain where similar coloured sites dont. However a few thoughts are:-

1) Seems harder on the eyes when you scroll down and lose the banner from the top of the page. ( ie there is less contrasting the white.)
2) The post entry sceen is very white, perhaps a shade darker around the text box?
3) Maybe the large font sizes dont help.
4) Maybe I need glasses.

On the whole I think its an improvement, but also feel a few more minor tweaks would finsih the job.

the grey on the side off the screen switched over with the white would be a lil better on the eyes.

also agree with the white background, a change should happen with this. apart from that everything is great

I have got to be honest, I'm liking the New layout, also like the 'find player' feature great, well done Nick :D
