was eating dinner whilst watching it and I had to explain everything to my mother... when a team was picked and then whilst their group position was being picked she was going "This is it, it might be England"...

I tried on numerous occasions to explain but women < Pfft. Cant teach them anything.

Haven't watched any of the game, but just seen another clear penalty decision go against Chelsea, just not happening for them this season to be fair, quality header as well from drogba!

They're lucky that's for sure. Luiz should have been off straight away... Ridiculous that he's still playing.
We've had a couple of opportunities that were very unlucky not to go in. Chelsea have had lots of chances yes, but Krul has yet again been on top form.

With Luiz off though, it would have been a totally different game, and we could easily be winning. It's been pretty even so far I think.

Can't believe Perch came on for Colocini. Perch is one of the worst players I've ever seen. Why he still plays for Newcastle is beyond me. I hope Raylor gets switched for Santon. He doesn't seem to be having a great game today.
I'd also like to see Best on for Lovenkrands. I really dislike Lovenkrands.

Luiz should be off, last man really bad decision there and lucky to not be off. Referees must love his hair or something. Krul Sturridge and Mata have been the best 3 players on the pitch and what a ball it was by Mata for the goal and a superb header too.

Newcastle fans - Don't get used to your recent success, can see Krul and R.Taylor ending up at Arsenal or somewhere, they are looking to strngthen their defence and need a top class keeper, and apparently from what I hear Liverpool are going for Colloccini or however you spell it. No doubt you will get like 5375 million off us because we're daft sods and don't understand the market.

Liverpool apparently going for Sturridge too but if we do I can see us paying in excess of £30m so will be an expensive January for us I reckon. Pluss we're apparently going for M'Vila too as our midfield is a bit screwed at the min.

To be honest tho it's about time something went Chelsea's way, everything has gone against them this season so far, what you have to remember as well that Chelsea had a clear penalty not given, so Newcastle have been a bit lucky as well.
