this a forum for game queries,questions,suggestions and problems. if you use CONTACT US no1 ever gets back to you and actually answers your questions,or maybe thats just my questions,im not sure.

next time they or anyone asks you personal info just tell them to do 1, some how i dont think you will have the funky police at your door step with an enforcer,

As has been mentioned several times, on many threads, if you are unhappy with the level of service provided by staff, feel free to apply yourselves.

I would, but Admins have made it clear that they dislike me for whatever reason.

mods say use contact us,i have a few times and never hear anything back. they also say "i cant tell you that" so where else are you meant to get the answers from?? when a mod keeps asking me bout my account on pool and they cant tell me why then im not gonna exactly tell them what they want to know. does my head in,thats a few times from 2 different mods. if theres a problem with my account on here or pool,can you just spit it out and tell me what the problem is?? then we can sort it out and i can go back to beating brentologist is original finals! xxxx

but i agree with lose on the contact us front, a few times ive posted something and been 3-4 weeks later than its been answered in which time i could message an admin and get a response 3 times faster.

if admin do read this please answer my pool contact us, was posted on 5th Dec, was just a query why katie_bug hasn't been registered as Admin on snooker when she is on pool.

I would agree with you that 3-4 weeks is a long time to wait when the message you get says 3 days. The only thing I can say is that clearly there are a lot of queries going in and it is taking more time than expected to deal with them all. Unless an Admin posts here and explains otherwise that is the only reason I can think of.

Sorry but I can't see that being the reason at all.
There are about 50,000 total members on both FS and FP, and I'd hazard a guess that only about 2-3 thousand of those are active members.
I'd hazard another guess at about 20 enquires max per month via the contact us form (these figures are purely from personal experience).
In total, there are 8 administrators.. It shouldn't take 4 weeks for 8 admins to reply to such a small amount of enquiries.

Apart from Nick, I doubt the other admins have that much else to do as far as running the site goes and dealing with members.

It's poor response time and it needs to be addressed.

I agree with you that the current response time is too long. We will bring this to admin's attention and hopefully before long it will be back to the 3 days that it used to be.

if it cant adam, maybe they could reword it to within 7 days or something like that? obviously main events of the year like xmas you can cut them some slack but outside those

Yeah. 7 days is still a lot less than 4 weeks though so it is something that needs to be looked at. This is, after all, the best way of finding information on the site after the forums.
