I thought this was going to be so one-sided before it started. Its not turned out like that though.

never does mate, pool games are usually close, snooker we edge it (especially the lineup adam put together this year), but if pool brought in robots too then its anyones game

Agree with this from previous games, but this time i have allowed it to be an open event for any of the pool players and we have handled ourselves well so far as i could have done what adam has done on snooker and hand picked a team on pool.

To be honest, the response on the thread was hardly overwhelming. I wanted the event to work so I asked people I knew would get their games played (in the main) and who I knew were able to play both snooker and pool. Then when that failed, I asked the bunch I have now .

Still looking out for niall, although our effort has been roughly equal so far with several messages each.

As there are 6 games still unplayed, a one week increase on the deadline has been decided. Subs will start to be made in the middle of this week if games are still unplayed.

This will coincide with the 2nd set of fixtures that will be released tonight for the singles games as they were.
