Mods are a joke now, think they are the be all and end all of this site, I know this will probably get capped but I really don't care.

LET US TELL THE TRUTH WITHOUT IT BEING REMOVED

Before any mods start posting saying "use contact us" I ALREADY HAVE, that is the cop out for mods aint it, they say this that and the other then realise that they can't actually do anything, all the mods are doing is making some people not want to return which aint good for business it needs sorting out.

No posts that haven't broken forum rules get removed. It's very simple, if you don't want posts removed, don't break forum rules.

One can name and shame and tell the truth, however the fact that naming and shaming takes place means forum rules are broken, therefore post gets removed.

I clearly stated above that I have already used contact us, and I'm not saying that there should be a riot of members posting but there should be somewhere that we CAN have a say and it not just get removed because of the mods disapproval, and yeah I don't really care about all the rules jargon I have made a few post since being on here that have been removed and today's was just a joke, fair enough, yeah the other time it probably was called for, but today it definitely was not, I broke no rules, just pointed out facts that people where being bias and it didn't go down well. JOKE

nobody said anything about naming and shaming because I agree that is wrong and discouraging but we should be allowed to openly have a say. (obviously without swearing)

And another thing, I have seen this a few times where a moderator has told a player to speak only english please, what if that person has poor english, do that have to go there whole time playing without speaking, surely that's not right.

not much really plus 90% of the time you know what response you will get, i tend to message an active admin (like fastboysam or clooneman) who most of time tends to reply much quicker than contact us

There are some questions that do need answering such as why, in private rooms, aren't members allowed to speak their native language when it isn't English? In the chat rooms its understandable if all the staff only speak English, they need to know what their members are saying.

Hey Nick, can we get an auto-translator? Choose your default language and anything said gets automatically translated into that language?

i think its fine in game rooms but not in members bar, i know Seb has talked to dest in german before to get him to play a clan game for us and torres and dest talk german in game rooms but doesn't affect me, sure i was confused at what they wrote but they translated it for me after

exactly, but I have heard it said in private killer where nobody has ever minded before, I personally think that the mods have started to go power mad and have forgot that they where just a member like the rest of us

Personal opinion regarding the moderators won't get any problems solved. Just because you don't like someone or the way they act, if they haven't done anything wrong by the rules of the game, they won't receive any punishment.

Perhaps if you have problems that aren't your personal opinion on the moderators, you could post them? Actually make this a proper discussion about improving the website instead of having it capped again..

I have asked the admin team for a sticky thread where we can all make our opinions heard, because contact us is useless and the messages sent there just get ignored (in my opinion), I think there is just a generic answering system where the admin can just click the answer the lucky dart lands on, at least here it will be heard(read) by others and they will have to take notice, otherwise people are going to stop using the site which would be a shame as it is great fun.
