So what you're saying is you don't have any problems with the moderators other than you don't like some of them? I agree with you, some of them can be a bit heavy handed but everyone has their own style. Just because you say you don't like them, it doesn't mean admin don't. If they haven't broken any rules, they won't be punished.

no, I'm saying that nothing that us members want ever gets done because the staff in general are to lazy to do anything about it, they would rather sit on there high horse and quote rules that they probably don't fully understand themselves than actually take the time to listen to us

I'd actually like Admin to answer the question regarding Contact Us. What use does it have if no action can be taken after someone has used it? Why is it there? Almost seems to me like in primary school. 'Miss, miss so and so called me silly' for your teacher to go 'shut up and get on with your work'

mods are too lazy to do anything .... who accepts members pirctures ... and who removes the posts that causes areguments on peoples threads .. also who caps threads when they are asked to be capped .. i think that is a little bit of a redundant statement to make that mods are too lazy to do anything.

The fact is all the site rules and protocols are clear as day for all to read and all members who sign up to an account agree to abide my them. (members include mods and admin remember)

This thread is a perfect example of the need for the complaints system as there is nothing to stop people posting rubbish, no matter what its about, and others believeing them.

As for "nothing ever happens" - as I said before, both mods and admin have been demoted and in some cases banned in the past. The rules apply to everyone.

"Contact Us" is there to cover all kinds of issues, and there are no shortcuts around them, admin read every one and take whatever acton is required.

So, yes, this is being capped as there is simply nothing to discuss.

The complaints system is there if you have a complaint about a user. Everything staff do is logged, to ensure fairness both ways.
