We are better picking the players that we know will come online when asked mate, otherwise the games will never get played

Remember that although it's a 3 vs 3 match, you're also allowed to play with fewer players (although it's a disadvantage of course).
If the game isn't played by deadline day, it will be played at 9pm on deadline day.
