His comments have been made out to be far more malicious than they actually were. He was wrong to label chinese players as cheats but he admitted the better man won and I don't think a punishment is entirely necessary. At least he isn't afraid to speak his mind.

first time i can post since it began but...

i was impressed with Allens opponent especially for a new comer, about allens accusations i don't think any racism was intended, i think he just meant that he felt that his opponent was dishonest about a single shot, what they should do is view the footage closely of that shot and if allen is right then a quiet word to his opponent, if opponent is right then have a word with allen, i don't think a punishment is needed.

ronnie nice lead but didn't play at his best but ebdon was way below standard today

As Barry Hearn said, some players need to grow up. Mark Allen in particular, but Williams was very harsh on The Crucible too.

It is ok to use "freedom of speech" but when you sign a contract you have to follow it.

Ebdon, boring snooker if you ask me, intentions of not slowing down the game but lets get real guys, anyone would want to slow the rocket down Mark has his opinion but a bad choice of words, would be silly if he got punished for speaking his mind.
