We were both streaky in this match. Started out firing, both hitting game-winning breaks (74 for him; 104 for me) after our safe breaks in the first 2 frames.
The next few frames were very scrappy with both of us missing numerous chances. He then answered my 126 with a very nice 143 clearance. In the last few frames, I missed several chances for cents (most annoyingly on 96 with a straightforward pink).
Overall, he could've won a few more frames and it was certainly closer than 8-3.

I am happy with my highest break ever and at least I did not lose in 1st round again on that tour.

erm, tornado, if you're pulling out of this mid-tourney, we can almost guarantee that you won't get back into a future tourney. Nobody has ever pulled out mid-tourney in the year plus that we've been running this.
