You should either do signups or play a qualification round. Only former players (beyond the 16 that are already starting can play in it). So you can do a draw of 18 (with banana and pirate) and a few players will play a quali round.

up to you i don't mind, signups sound better

if it is Qualification (if more than 16 say yes) then should we do top 12 automatically qualify and then the other 4? or can adjust numbers accordingly.

but due to signups the Grand Prix may be delayed so hold tight

Either the top-ranked people make it straight in (depending on how many sign up), or you just do a normal draw so everyone has the same chance of having to play quali.

Even if All them say yes thats only 12 so banana and steve would only be 14. So couldnt they just go straight in. Or is There more then that list.
