Because it's a PTC event, ANYONE can enter the qualifying rounds, and the draw will be done with no seedings.

I WILL BE DOING THE DRAW AT 10PM TONIGHT, BUT PLAY WILL NOT START UNTIL AFTER THE WUXI CLASSIC.
