i need the PNG (so the pic with layers) to the pic then i can put the badge behind the black ball (same with background) as a JPG it would ruin the image as the badge would have to be at top of pic

When I try to close the game window, it asks me whether I'm sure I want to close it. Does yours not do that?

not on snooker, it use to do :S

it does on pool, must be something to do with premium membership?

Go to options in the game window.
Click the "game" tab.
Make sure the "Confirm dialog before exiting" is checked.
