Can I just say...

I think james has done a great job of vice, very hard working

But it all depends on what the captain wants from a vice, and lee (until now) didn't 'set the boundary' or whatever - so james was just doing what he thought was best, now he knows, he should try and keep everything how leeroy likes it

the joys of running a clan always gonna have a arguement or 2 at the start until things settle down.

With me been a vice before I can understand James but now I'm a captain I totally agree with lee aswell cos I don't like people touching the teamsheets as it would be pointless me putting all the effort in to not decide the team. Luckily my vices have never tried to do a teamsheet or make a sub without messaging me first unless deadline day and its urgent.


You guys have a great team tho so put the arguement behind you and move on. Look forward to meeting you in the league.

interesting read.

i can understand both views here but the captain is active so the vice doesn't need to do anything. Only time vice should step in is if the captain is away or the deadline is close.

in our clan seb does the teamlists (as i do fixtures) and he does the subs, sometimes he is unavailable so tells me what to do in his absence (like list available subs etc).

james i would stay regardless of if you want to do your own clan as your clan wouldn't be in this season anyway so you could stay in Black Ops and still run your own clan if you wanted
