I played well, in general they didn't play as well as they could

last frame i threw after going for a 140+ break and got unlucky on position for black and they took advantage

Still hope it expels the myth that I'm a one trick pony

Far from my best tonight but had flashes of brilliance in there, the speed of the cloth caught me out in the first frame and he was potting well n took the first frame pretty easily.

so 1 - 0 down already and was still making some stupid mistakes in the second but atleast i had the hang off the pace now and took that frame with a couple of 40 breaks.

Next frame i played good, racking up a cent to make it 2 - 0, 4th frame i was on the table again, on my way to another cent but missed a long blue to end the break on 84, my fault for the long blue tho and my long shots today wasn't really threatening the pockets.

so 3 - 1 up and after 2 decent breaks i thought i had turned around a bad start but missed a sitter to the middle on 47, then it went a bit scrappy, both had chances to take this from numerous times, i left a very tough blue on and thought it was safe "ish", but he pulled a blinder and won that frame and deserved it after the blue.

Last frame my potting was up to scrath but positional play was horrible, i took most of the reds and only scored 57 points lol but after he missed the last red it was enough to scrape over the line.

Nice guy to play and i wish him luck in his next games.
