Why not skillz he is active?

I've been sent messages by dgen (between adam and dgen) both on funky and from facebook. I'm sure dgen has messaged back.
As I mentioned, if you can convince rank_stinger to play, he's active and could sub in.

Adam must be lying to me then...

I also didn't realize "want to pick our team?" was an over-the-top reaction lol. Seems perfectly adequate to me.

I was saying he's an alternative, but I don't know whether he would want to play. He prefers carom.
Really- pirate is perfectly old enough to sort this out together with adam!

A sub is a sub, whether they want to play or not is irrelevant. When you have slammed captains on defaults for refusing to sub, you have never considered that maybe the available sub didn't want to play that type. When a clan's player is inactive, they lose the edge of being able to put a player in who wants to play and have to put in someone who can get the game done.

The way this works is - I try and arrange with the player currently in the fixture. I'm not messaging rank_stinger unless you sub him in. Your side is inactive, it's your job to find a replacement, not mine.

A suggestion would be to ask him, just in case you hadn't thought of it, instead of making allstarz trying to convince him

No problem adam- I won't sub him in if I don't know whether he'll play it or not. I was suggesting he could play it if he's available.
In the meantime, I've played about 20 frames of orig with dgen over the last week, so I'm sure you two can manage 5 as well.

That has never been given as a reason for any refusal to sub, so it's a moot point.
I'm not refusing to sub- I'll sub him right now if you want. I just want to find out whether he's actually willing to play them. I can't force him, you know...

As far as I am aware he has only played 13 games (3 days ago) in the last week.

But that's beside the point, was just raising the issue as Adam hasn't heard back from him yet and the deadline is getting closer.

Coupled with his usually precarious internet situation it made sense to ask for a sub, but if you guys don't have one that's fine.

We will see where we stand when the weekend comes around!

I may now be able to get on Sunday evening as a last resort. I'll keep an eye out for messages from James.

I'll be on 2100 - 2400 ish on Sunday evening. Just so you all know if you are available to sub in .
