As soon as either the Cup Final or the Player's Championship Final are completed, I'll post my usual season summary.

With the Christmas/New Years holidays coming up, it might not make too much sense to start the new season before early January.

In the meantime, I'd be happy to run a little tourney to pass the time?
I was thinking of some sort of a doubles tourney? If enough people are interested in this, I could get that going soon. Would really depend on everyone getting games done quickly though.

Also, this is a good time to bring up any changes that you would like to see on the discussion thread. Anything involving the league itself, rules, the Individuals Tourney, the Player's Championship, etc.

Nope. dgen and rank_stinger were on a few days ago, but adam's net was playing up. The rest of the days, our guys and adam didn't meet. So anyone that sees adam should sub in to play.

Arcade 0 - 1
Adam got the break and hit a 30 from the start. He then snookered me. I got out of it but was then put into a potential winning position. I attempted a tough red and missed. I then needed snookers but i wasn't good enough to hit them.

Regular 0 - 2
Adam got disconnected in this but it was right at the start so we started again. I had a terrible lag on the break and then another a few mins into the frame. Nothing too special happened but this was a definite win for adam due to me playing terrible and my lag.

Original 0 - 3
Adam made a perfect break behind the yellow , i couldn't hit anything, he then knocked home an 81 break. My least favorite game mode so i wasn't expecting much here. I had 1 shot then needed about 30 points from snookers as well as potting everything left on the table.

Carom 1 - 3
My only win. Adam got the break and hit a 4 run with a fluke on one of his points. I messed up my shot only hitting 1. Adam missed his next shot and i hit a 3 run to go 4-4. Adam missed again and i hit another 3 run to take the frame.

Power 1 - 4
My other least favorite game. We both started off pretty badly. It was about 70-60 after the first frame. After that i just broke down, nothing would go for me but Adam was continuing with more breaks.

Maybe on another day it could have been a different result but today was not my day. ggs wp mate.

Like I said skillz, we all know what adam can do and what game types you like, so nobody here will blame you at all. We had a few things going against us here- mainly dgen's internet and owen's computer.
I think we did very well to keep it close throughout and give ourselves a chance.

Congratulations to Dollars & Cents for winning the Clan League for the first time since Season 7! They topped 2nd-placed Allstarz by 20 points.

In preparation for the coming season, could you please look at the discussion thread. There is a proposal for a new scoring system for league games. This would be a fundamental change, so the more pro/cons we get, the better.
