just got lagged out of 8.2 points and a century break in 2 consecutive games in the space of 5 minutes, im not being funny, but when i spend hours upon end to get to 946 in arc then lose it because the server goes down, then get annoyed and disconnet on a 106 break when i come back and lose another 6 poitns, I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

maybe but not the point, pee'd of at this, i was sooooooo close to 950, and now server problems have cost me 13 points, i m owed these points back!

i wouldnt be too bothered, but i was 946 ffs, to lose 13 points from that rank is a right kick in the teeth to say the least, hope some admins see this, im gunna find an admin and sort this out tomorrow

Couldnt agree more something has to be done about this crap server.
Simply deleting a game where a player has lost connection is not an option because it could be used to cheat.
The same counts for letting the player who is ahead have the game.
Letting the game go on although one player is disconnected is impossible.
The only option is to fix the server!!

This is hilarious. The server goes down and then, deal with it that will never change.

Why are you so peed off at losing some rank ? it means nothing.

And if you seriously think admins will re-instate your ranking points then you are on another planet of imagination as 100s of players have suffered the same fate before but have dealt with it.

If you can get there before you can again, thats the only way your gonna get back up..

And stephen your talking about people getting disconnected but dont you disconnect your own router when your losing so you dont lose either IMO

they can syncronise the time of me 'leaving thee game' to the time the servers went down, and if rank means nothhing why is it on here?

They aren't going to give your points back...

I'm sure when they can be bothered to sort the server out you'll go back to 950 rank and beyond so just chill out and wait till the connection is better...Nothing more you can do.

So in simple terms, we'd like Nick to invest in a better server for funky I agree it is frustrating, but as soon as you notice any glitch, like me, it's time to leave and sign back in later... knowing you haven't risked anything

Nick couldn't care less about this game anymore, no better servers will be implemented anywhere, he just fixes bugs and what not as far as I'm aware.

i would have but it wasnt a glitch, the server just died, but the annoying thing is it only died for me not my opponent, twice in a row my oppenent stayed connected and got the points, surely if they match the time of the result to the time the server went then i should get points back? also i played the second game because i thought it was just my internet that went but the second time i checked bbc and realised it was funky

A server glitch normally affects all.... however, lets say BT Broadband had an issue in your area, it could affect those playing who use BT.... but not others..... quite a few factors, but I know it's a pain, as the server does seem to go down a lot...... especially when I pay to use the site, I do expect a little more.

However, I thankful that 'hopefully' Nick is making money still off the site and had not switched it off.

so maybe the reason was somebody using bt somewhere in the world caused it? it deffinately wasnt in my area because my whole internet was fine just not funky, and i dont see how somebody having trouble in say yorkshire can cause mine but not others' to go down, if thats what you mean?
