True, but the server will defend itself by saying that your opponents were able to play just fine, so it cant be his fault either.

Thats my problem but i use Talk Talk but i know Sky and BT has had problems too in our area.

I used to moan about the server but with this area thing, at least you can play the game. It has been nearly 3 weeks since i last logged into the game server, not forum though as i can check through my brothers connection on his phone.

It isn't all down to funkysnooker/pool or you would see everyone seeing the same issue! And everyone being logged out and DQ at the same time! However there must be some connection between funky and certain Internet providers as this issues is happening and we can't ignore the problem! Admin and Nick will read this so hopefully we get a full answer and solution on the problem! Post any issues here so Nick can solve them

Mate.. It has never happened on any site I've ever visited and the net is always fine except on funky!! And I don't see any administration trying to sort the problem out or even addressing it.. let alone nick even saying a word about it

at least you can play though, if you had my connection the way it is going you would be lucky to get 3 times a month (currently 17 days offline then 14 days beforehand). i would rather have the funky connection problem than this

No I didn't blame your internet connection! What I said was we cant ignore this as it is happening to certain users on here! You have all posted the problems! What I find hard is this can't be just linked to funky as the majority of users would see the same problem, can I suggest the users that have the issue post things like

Internet provider and type etc! This could help us link a default issue versus problems found, admin and nick se this but it must be lower priority! However please post as much information so this can help improve the site for you and others users in the future!

I have been having connection problems with the site yesterday and today. Its not just the in-game window that the connection keeps coming and going with, the main site (forums/messages) are also being really slow to load and respond.

I have 4 other tabs open all working perfectly, fast as normal with no issues.

- Internet provider: Plusnet (and its fibre optic so quick!)
- Java details: 1.7.0_40 Oracle Corporation
- Using Google Chrome

I not sure what Nick or anyone else on here can do about this. However, I would imagine Nick could report the issue to the hosting company he is using to host funkysnooker, as surely he must have an SLA (service level agreement) with them whereby they have to look into/fix issues that are affecting applications. A starting point at least.
