What's to 'get over'? I'm pretty annoyed with what went on today, and it happened due to what he did.
And having just seen MoTD, officials are upto it again, how on earth did that linesman believe that was a foul for the free-kick? And why on earth did Mike Riley go along with it? Expect no better from Riley though, he's really consistent and being a bad referee... Can't stand him.

All over him? Are you kidding? He went in for a challenge and made minimal contact!! I'm not annoyed that they can't defend, because they've been doing alright the last couple of games, in particular Sebastian Bassong who the foul was given against.
That was never a foul in a million years, he barely touched Fuller, and he didn't even look for a free kick as he knew that there was nothing wrong. Disgraceful desicion in my opinion.

Your well biassed!! lol
Geo was offside by abart a mile, he actually leant into Weater and through himself to the deck, and the red card just mde it even more unbelievable.
You cant complain about any more ref decisions after that!
Lol shush Mike you've just copied what Shearer said! That penalty was no worse of a decision than Ricardo Fuller's last week, yes , Geo was offside and the linesman was incapable but the referee gave the decision.
Let me tell you the obvious difference between Geovanni's penalty and Fuller's penalty. Geovanni was through on goal and was just about to score when there was contact, he muscled himself in and got caught - I'm telling you now, it would have been more a lot more risky in going down on purpose for the penalty rather than scoring a simple chance like he had, and he was unable to do this so the penny was given. Now, Fuller last week, he was going AWAY from the goal, and he fully dived because he knew he would con the ref, you could see from his body movement he only had one thing in mind.
So, why after that penalty decision was there no 'uproar' and talk about 'soft penalty' decisions from Shearer, I agree what Hansen said anyway.
And Mike, your not thinking straight mate, take those tinted anti-Hull glasses off :P

Your gonna call me biased now Mike but, I honeslty thought that the penalty decision was correct for the mere fact that geovanni was in a goal scoring position and was going straight in on goal, he would of scored if there had been no contact. But, Wheater being sent off was a poor decision, like i've said on numerous occasions, the penalty is the punishment and i didn't feel he warranted a sending off for it. I did say up there that decisions do come around so maybe the Fuller penalty from last week has evened itself up now.
Anyhow, a bizzare last 10mins were eeverything happened, might as well of cut out the first 75 or so mins :). Edging ever closer to that magical 40.

I sniff a smell of jealousy...
I've been to Hull and got loads of banter from their fans (this is rugby btw) we got battered (no pun intended ). I loved the trip though, was a great day.
But then they came to visit Warrington, and every time hey do, trouble breaks out, last time we had to stay in the stadium whilst the police dealt with some drunk codheads.
This is Hull FC rugby Btw, duno if Hull Fc football are different or if they represent both sides of Hull or not...

It's hard to say what clubs Hull City fans come under, Hull Fc/Hull Kr there's probably say 60 - 40 % of Hull Fc for the mere fact they play at the KC.
But then Mike, you know which fans are better out of Fc and us for actually supporting our team.
Were straying off topic, How can you justify Hull City fans being horrible though, what have they done... sing?

And i didnt copy what shearer said, I said that during the highlights of the match on MOTD, shearer analysed it after my comments on here. Still not having that as a penalty, you are just crazily biassed, if it was liverpool that had happened to i'd have said "never a penalty but who cares" rather than trying to defend the undefendable. Anyway he was 2 yards offside, you remind me of Mark Hughes, try and think of if that pen went against Hull, what would you say then?

I would say penalty to him but definetly not a red card. I would also have given the offside in the first place. But, play carried on.

I dont care anyway, I actually like hull (football only same with wigan lol) and for some reason geo got an assist on my fantasy team for getting the pen...
Haven't seen the stoke/castle match, I think I went into day dream mode when it came on MOTD
Who can blame me?

I've had plenty of looks... If fouls like that were given all match every time there was a header to challenge Stoke would have been penalised for the way they tried to challenge for it, but they penalise Newcastle for something with even less contact.
nah shearer only played for Blackburn for a few seasons
That would have been better if Blackburn actually had decent fans, nice try though

True, can't blame me for trying though
ust seen the free kick in question and it wasn't a free kick at all, however if Newcastle defended it properly then nobody would be discussing it.
Now onto the Everton game, it was a great match, best av seen all season probs, actually a decent atmosphere at goodison, hostile anyway.
Wrung me mate up who has a season ticket at everton and gave him some massive abuse when jagielka set Young up, he wrung me back when Lescott scored and gave me some banter back, then when Young scored I wrung him only to find his phone off....
Was good hearing Andy Gray well and truly silenced, he was for everton (as ever though it might be different cos he played for Villa too) but nope. His anti-liverpool commentary really annoys me and I know he has been told by sky to ton it down after getting loads of complaints in a Liverpool champions league game, so now he has resorted to subtle digs at our style of play.
Still these things can be expected, he played for everton, so naturally hates Liverpool, not as if hes bitter or anything...

Arsenal striker Eduardo will return to competitive action in a reserve game against Portsmouth on 16 December.
Good news, hope arsenal fans give him a better reception than what they gave Eboue after coming back from injury... Stoopid fans that they are...

Yeah lets hope that if he has a couple of problems with shooting and passing with the leg that got broken he wont be booed off the pitch...

They were discussing the booing of Eboue on Sky Sports News and it was all on the same lines as what i was thinking: It is easy to support a team when everything is going well, but when a team is facing probelms, then we see who the best fans are.
If it were a fans league, it would be a toss up of arsenal, wigan, boro, blakburn, Utd, and sunderland for who went down
Edit: I want an arsenal perspective on things, so if any arsenal fan could explain what their thinking was. It wouldnt be so bad if it was the minority, but it sounded like the whole lot of em to me.
