Half time in the Hull-Newcastle game. Hull aren't half playing dirty, in particular that Craig Fagan looks like a right little something He was like that at SJP as well, no wonder Guthrie kicked out at him.

To give an idea of how dirty they're playing, it's only half time and they've had 4 yellow cards, could have been more and they maybe should have had a red (Fagan) as well.

Not playing too badly though, started the half better than we finished mind.

He had a right to play dirty espeically after what that Guthrie did to him!

Replay at SJP.

The way he's acting and the way he acted at SJP it's no surprise that Guthrie kicked out at him. He's just a dirty little player- he wasn't just going for Guthrie, but anyone he could. Nor was it just Fagan playing dirty, it was the whole team.

Newcastle should have had a penalty after Owen was bought the ground by the 'keeper but nothing was given, then when Gutierrez was clearly fouled on the edge of the area (He got clattered), they were given a goal kick- If he got the ball it's a corner, if he didn't it's a free kick.

On the whole we deserved to win and if Owen didn't miss 3 good chances or if the referee gave a foul inside the area for what he was outside we would have as well.

Yeah, not bad, room for improvement with the second half performance though, and looks like Alonso could be out for a while with a foot injury.

Yeah, Keane didnt have the best of games, but Torres come of the bench so hopefully his hamstring problems are over and we can push on and maintain top spot on the league, as well as keeping a domestic double on.

With maybe the European Cup?

That's just your interpretation of him in this game, obviously he's going to be vexed after what Guthrie did to him - You didn't see Fagan run over to a player and kick him square in the leg and break it did you?

Newcastle should have had a penalty after Owen was bought the ground by the 'keeper but nothing was given, then when Gutierrez was clearly fouled on the edge of the area (He got clattered), they were given a goal kick- If he got the ball it's a corner, if he didn't it's a free kick.

This guy is a joke, there was no contact whatsoever with him but he still rolled about for half an hour. Once he realised he didn't get anything from it, he got back up and a few seconds later he made a 40 yard run with the ball. Injured - I don't think so...

On the whole we deserved to win and if Owen didn't miss 3 good chances or if the referee gave a foul inside the area for what he was outside we would have as well.

So us hitting the post in the first half (after a fine save from Given), aswell as hitting the bar and then unbelievably it landed to Given, doesn't mean we didn't deserve to win the game either?

Both teams had chances to win the game.

Are you kidding about Guteierrez? He clearly got completely taken out by the guy but got nothing from it, I honestly can't believe you say there was no contact, I genuinely can't.

Oh and two chances don't make you deserve to win the game. Yes they may have been the best two chances, and yes both teams did have chances, but we made far more and those two were just about all you made.

I don't know if it was on Match of The Day because I was out, but if you saw it, was the foul on Owen on it? Or when Gutierrez got taken out? When a referee doesn't give a penalty when it should be, then surely it is the ref's fault?

I didn't blame the referee for the game against Liverpool, I said he made a couple of dodgy decisions which he did, but we would never have beaten you anyway.

And I did say the referee cost us against Wigan, but there is no denying he did, the two set-pieces they scored from were dives, yet when we should be getting a penalty our player gets booked for diving.

After 2 mins is the incident with Owen. Tom if you still think that's a penalty - you really need to take that biased cap off! Owen tripped over himself.

He went down easily, but not like Geovanni went down up the other end for the free kick he nearly scored from. Owen got to the ball before your keeper did then Owen had your keeper on his back due to getting there first.

Anywhere else on the pitch and that would have been given, which was shown by Geovanni's dive under no contact from which he got the free kick I've just mentioned.

First draw out as well, can't imagine it will be televised though, not that much of a big game...

If Newcastle get through I hope we get Milwall and not Crewe, will be interesting to see if their fans are like what they're made out to be

Ste I was joking mate, will be a class game, they're good enough games in the league, never mind in the cup! You definitely going?

Oh I will go if we go through and so do they, I can go for free due to something we got with the season tickets so I will definitely go if it happens.

The away buses park between where we park and the stadium as well so that would make it interesting as well

I'd imagine they wouldn't really start anything outside the stadium baring in mind the fact that there would be thousands of Geordies there as well.

I do sit directly below the away fans mind... Hmmm...
